New format.

Resident DJ BALSE , six hour journey. Long-mixes, eclectic deep house, minimal, and techno selections. Live cinema by poet, Alex Andre. Hi-fi projection. Finally, exciting recent add, Italian chef Monica Lupetti*, creative Italian food.

Doors 5:30pm, music to start shortly after with dinner. We recommend joining us from opening. The show ends 11:30 pm.

Italian rosemary focaccia stuffed with Bologna mortadella

Panzanella multicolor (toasted bread cubes with raw diced tomatoes,celery,carrots,radishes, fennel,red onion, vinegar and extra virgin olive oil(evo) 
Small glasses of Gazpacho :blended raw veggies 
Mini suppli : Small deep fried rice balls stuffed with mozzarella cheese

*Chef Monica Lupetti - Chef Monica Lupetti born and raised in a small town, in the Umbria region, an hour from Rome. She was “initiated” to rolling out the dough at the very young age of seven. Once she reached 10, she was told by the family and the friends, "she would one day become a talented chef." She first achieved a Business and Management degree, then she decided to join culinary school. She worked in most of the Italian regions, getting to know the traditional recipes. After opening her restaurant in a small country town, nestled in the nature, she had the chance to cook for VIPs , took part in some culinary talent shows, challenging other chefs and being renamed ‘King Mida’ from news papers. In 2015, she moved to the USA determined to delight American people with her mouthwatering dishes.
